Refund Policy

At Sampann Resort, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring we can manage our operations effectively.

1. Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Before Check-in

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • The exact refund amount will depend on the length of your stay, the time of year, and any non-refundable charges (such as transaction fees).
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [X business days — e.g., 7–10 business days].

2. Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of Check-in

If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled check-in date, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@sampannresort.com.
  • Depending on availability and circumstances, we may offer:
    • A partial or full refund,
    • A rescheduling option for a future stay, or
    • Resort credit that can be used at a later date.

3. No-shows

If you do not arrive on the check-in date and do not inform us in advance, your booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Resort-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking (due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), we will:

  • Offer you a full refund, or
  • Provide the option to reschedule your stay at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing

  • All refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary by bank, credit card provider and/or payment method.
